Workshop for beginners and advanced.

Morning practice: Pranayama, Dharana, Mysore or LED, 4 workshops

Work in Asanas focused on building strength, stability, and a deeper understanding of a given posture. Ways to deal with injuries and ailments.

Various forms of activating Bandhas – depending on the person’s possibilities (waking up the pelvic floor muscles, strengthening the back muscles), learning the geometry of the body and the correct directions of work during practice, learning the basic sequence. Finding and stabilizing the center, properly distributing the body weight.

The exercises and range of Asanas at the workshop will be adjusted depending on the predispositions of the students, and also to develop each one individually.

First week sightseeing. Then workshop 16.06 – 30.06. You can stay a week longer until 7.07.

Intensive work with the entire Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga). Advanced training of the body and mind.

Practices of concentration and focus of the mind – Dharana.

Yamas and Niyamas in theory and practice.

Pranayama and Pratyahara – directing the focus.

Work in Asanas – both from the practitioner’s side and from the teacher’s side (learning adjustments, modifications for individual cases).

Asanas as representations of mind patterns – i.e. work with mental patterns, recognition and their meaning/function.

Yoga Sutras.

Chikung, work with energy, work on meridians and their points used in Asanas.
