Meaning of the work.

 

Yoga Chikitsā

Primary Series – Surya’s aspect, Fire
Chikitsā – healing
Chikitsālay – hospital

  • physical body’s aspects
  • correct structures of the body and mind (emotions, mental structures/ right mental patterns)
  • building fascia and fascia tapes (paths for electricity, like cables)
  • connections between muscles, learning how to support them from the centre
  • relieving from too big tension in muscles
  • pumping blood and lymph in correct way, correct directions and to right places
  • inner strength, strong core, building own centre
  • building supportive fascia tapes and synovial fluid for joints, to achieve their maximum ability for full/natural potential of movement
  • cleaning the incorrect /wrong patterns of movements (which lead to injuries)
  • bringing primal geometry of the body  (“factory settings”)
  • cleaning movements or reactions of the body made as compensations, as traumatic body’s reactions
  • correct rotation of joints
  • organs purification and activation (they are basic sources for 12 main meridians)
  • Wei Chi production (sweating)/ electricity (energy) on the superficial skin’s layer (between skin and muscles)
  • working with consciousness, awareness
  • integration of the body and mind
  • main meridians which are activated in this series: meridian of the liver/gallbladder (muscle tension, detoxification) and spleen/stomach (quality of the muscles, fascia, digestion)
  • study of Yamas – my connection with the others (related: me to the others)

Nāḍi Shodhanam

Second Series – Candra’s aspect, Water
Shodhana – removal, balance
Nāḍi – paths of the nervous system, meridians, paths for Prāna (life force, breath of life)
72 000 nāḍis, 12 main nāḍis (meridians)

  • balancing and purifying the nervous system
  • learning correct reactions of the nervous system by specific expositions in asanas
  • work focused on spine (length and strength), its potential, space between verterbrea
  • muscles of the spine, layers of fascia along the spine
  • cerebrospinal fluid, brain’s biochemical structure, hormons’ production
  • main meridians which are activated in this series: meridian of the bladder/kidneys (deepest, primal fears, confrontation, territory) and lungs/ large intestine (energy of life, diaphragm potential/ purification, removal, non attachments, non holding)
  • deep work on fascia and fascia tapes (using them for transporting electricity, energy) which are built in primary series
  • basic work on energetic level
  • active work with electricity of the body, nervous system’s stimulation (thanks to structures prepared in primary series)
  • working with unconsciousness and dreams
  • purification and healing traumas written on fascia and nervous system (breathing is the key – connection between mind and body)
  • study of Niyamas – my connection with myself (related: how I act with myself)
