Online classes are held only on Wednesdays and Sundays:
  • Wednesday 6:30 a.m. –  9:30 a.m. Mysore
  • Sunday 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. LED + Pranayama and Trataka
  • Sunday 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Lower Meridians (Work on Pada Bandha, activation of the leg meridians)
Work on the lower meridians:
  • activation of fascial bands
  • Pada Bandha and grounding of the feet
  • building supportive structures for the knees and ankles
  • stimulation of synovial fluid production
  • increasing joint space
  • promoting proper blood and lymph circulation
